Based on lessons from the foundation's work with two dozen states and scores of urban districts since 2000, Leadership for Learning: Making the Connection Among State, District and School Policies and Practices, offers a working hypothesis designed to enable every child to become a successful learner, and describes the challenges and promise of achieving a successful public education system.
